As Director of Junior Coaching Jason supports and mentors junior coaches (in2Cricket – U16) at the Club through: providing training plans, season plans, games and activities, coach education, club philosophy and general advice and direction for coaches. Jason also runs the Mosman Cricket Club Centre of Excellence, designed to provide specialist, elite coaching for the talented junior players at the club.  For the 2011-12 season Jason has been appointed to lead the Club’s most talented U16 players in the prestigious AW Green Shield Grade competition. Jason holds level 2 CNSW coacing accreditation.
